Client work comes first, with anything under NDA shown by sector and result. Behind the second tab are my side projects: 6 sites built or bought, 3 sold, and 137K+ pageviews a month across the ones I still run.

Client case studies are being written up.
I’m clearing each one with the client first, and anything under NDA will be anonymised. Until they’re published, these are the brands I’ve done the work for.
I found this site during keyword research. It had been neglected for SEO and UX, so I contacted the owner and bought it.
It was once an official government website that was dropped in 2008 rather than redirected, which left it with unique links and an exact-match domain. I’m now writing new articles from first-hand experience and building out the core keywords, with the aim of leading Google for the Peak District.

Rightmove frustrated me, so I fixed it with tech. The app watches Rightmove for new listings in an area and sends a notification when one fits my criteria.
It uses AI to analyse each listing’s images and description, and feeds everything into a dashboard for tracking and comparing options.

My first website and SEO project. Test routes were usually published as unreadable written directions, so I mapped them as GPX files and embedded them on Google Maps for free.
Traffic grew with every test centre I added. I sold it for low four figures, which helped fund my gap year.
